Streamlined product search

GA4 analytics showed the main content users were searching for was products, services, and the resource hub. We redesigned and rebuilt these areas of the website with a consistent search style.

Home page redesign

We examined user behaviour on the home page using analytics and heatmaps. The data showed that people found it hard to find what they wanted.

The redesign changed this to make it easy for users to quickly get to the content they wanted.

Added a lead gen calculator

Research identified that a “Mooring Chain Calculator” to provide customers with weights, break load, and other data would be useful. We designed and built this functionality with a data capture form. It’s now one of the most popular pages on the website.
